I also can't help but notice that people can't read. There's a notice that says "TWO SLOTS LEFT", and to assume that all slots are full if you see two reserves below it. There's four reserves there, and it's not like they were all posted at once.

They are likely hoping mods will allow it, since they allowed the ones that didn't make it in the previous reserve period. Or they're fucking stupid.

I don't blame them. The mods keep making up the rules as they go, and those "extra" reserves are technically the 23rd and 24th that were posted in that reserve round.

This. He's got the barest hint of a backstory. He doesn't even have a name.

You'd have to sell him really hard on personality and try to make it fit with whatever little scraps of canon he has, and it still might not be enough.

Nobody from that game has more than a scrap of backstory though. He has more established personality than Sybil, and she not only got in but seems to be fairly popular.

i dont know how any character from that game is appable aside from red and royce. all the other characters only play a background role/don't even have dialogue aside from asher.

the sword guy literally spends the entire game talking to you. he has at least as much personality as red

i don't mind him apping in as long as he plans to do something besides shmoopy fluff with red all the time

The problem is that, despite having the most dialogue and personality out of all the game's characters, the sword guy has next to no backstory to him. Anything about this guy besides "he knows Red" and "he got stuck in the transistor" is going to be headcanon. We don't even know his name.

knowing how that personality came to be via backstory is also pretty important. there should be more to a character than how he talks to and treats one another character.
