Is the ship OOC or...? If it's not then why should we care?

because it's froda hounding for jgl + ellen page face ships. because ariadne's had almost-ship cr with a bunch of characters in game that never happened, but now she's going to shack up with the jgl face. because a load of anons predicted it happening, other anons defended against that, but now it is happening.

why do you care so much though

it's not like they hooked up right away and it seems ic to me

why do you assume I 'care so much'? I'm not sitting around pulling my fucking hair out over it. it's annoying because of froda's past behavior and laura's flakiness and I know the prospect of it annoyed other anons.

i'm one of those anons that called it way back so LET ME SHOW YOU MY SURPRISE FACE.

but yeah, it's no major emotional investment to me as much as it was a pattern of behavior i had seen from both muns prior to froda apping blake in the game, called it early on and then got other anons saying i was wrong. so, not surprised by this at all and experiencing some nice 'told-you-so' feelings but that's about it.

it's always nice to be able to say i fucking told you so, especially about froda.

it really is, along with the added bonus of laura going along with the ship like i said she would.

which, honestly, wouldn't be much of a deal (because w/e it's froda, her playing sucks, and laura flakes out on shit) if all those other anons hadn't been so adamant in her defense and saying how wrong i was and such.

Laura's flaking especially. She can't even manage to keep up with tags on her own posts most of the time, but with Blake she's got mile long threads.

she's always been a flake when i tried to thread with ariadne. she'd drop our threads like 2-3 tags into it after taking a week to get back to me each time. i know players in this game are slow, but she'd drop with excessive frequency that i gave up after having numerous threads dropped by her.

You manage to catch her right there in the moment, you might be able to get a decent length thread out of her. But beyond that she will drop shit regardless of how long it is, how old it is, or how excited she was about plotting it with you. Personally I gave her a lot of slack for it because she does seem to have a lot of RL things come up without much notice, but after seeing her tag into new thing after new thing and getting massive threads with the JGLs while my tags with her were dropped, as far as I'm concerned she's taken that slack and hung herself with it.

Swing a dead cat in inception fandom and find someone she hasn't flaked on.

ohhh ok. if it's just "I told you so" then have at it. It doesn't seem ooc to me but I don't know either player outside the game so I wasn't sure where the wank was.

I wonder if any of those almost-ship cr muns are pissing themselves right now.

think it's either a) they're annoyed by this shit like some anons here are [including myself] or b) are too busy patting froda's ass and agreeing how we must all be "truly fucking evil and liars"

I'm not one of the almost-ship CR people, but I was hoping Topher/Ariadne would happen, even if it was for a glorious fucked up week and then exploded or something.

Disappointed if she goes for the boring JGL-faced cop.
