I know it's usually silly to post logged in here but w/e I do what I want because I feel I should address this, because it's pretty valid as far as I'm concerned right now. I can't speak for my castmates or anyone else, but I've been really slow across the board, though I've been trying not to drop anything even if it has been taking me a painfully long time to tag back. My other two games have plots going at the moment that I'm involved in, so they're drawing most of my attention and Asgard tags are falling by the wayside in general right now.
If I have dropped anything that you, or anyone else, wanted to keep going, don't hesitate to PM me. I sometimes lose track of threads, or think it's come to a stopping point but the other person wants it to continue and I'm totally oblivious. Similarly, if anyone is feeling excluded for any other reason, feel free to PM or leave a message on my HMD; I don't want anyone to feel like I don't want to tag with them, because I do. I love the CR in this game, old and new. <3
I appreciate that, anon. <3 I've been letting them go longer than I like, so I'm glad to know it's not actually been as terrible as I've worried about.
seconding the above anon yo ^ I don't see a lot of castiels I like but I really like yours. there are exceptions to what I said above ie those gems. this issue has been growing for months though
the problem is if a character likes being involved in groups for plots it isn't only the casts I mentioned that are kind of insular. finding new cr can be difficult at best and in a game as big as asgard there is no excuse for a bunch of people to feel like they have to give root canals to be able to get it.
That is true, in that a lot of people are staying in what I wouldn't consider cliques, but are definitely CR circles. I think there are several good opportunities for new characters to get in with the older 'groups', like the various workshop and meeting and teaching logs and the like, though there's a matter of timing with that.
In general this is a good reminder for everyone in game, especially those of us who've been here a long time, to make sure to reach out to new players/characters and try to make sure they're included rather than falling back on already established CR for everything.
I agree. there are people I want cr with but their castmates with whom i'd inevitably get cr as a result aren't interested tho... that shit is hella uncomfortable. wish I could say I was the only one with this problem but like i said if it keeps happening to my friends too, boots & asses will meet in collision
