yes, if you're in a capped game you shouldn't be allowed to get sick or have an irl crisis, it's just selfish for you to squat in a place in an online writing game while you can't tag.

tagging is the main requirement for taking part in an online writing game.

tagging being something that you should prioritize over everything, up to and including your own health and wellbeing

hiatuses exist so that if your mother is dying, you don't have to worry about losing what might be your single source of stress-free fun because you were inactive for a month
