i don't read the fanfic but there's a lot of unaccounted time between them in their school days and even after geto breaks bad. geto hasn't even been dead that long in canon, only about a year by the time the series ends.

i def remember getting into DA and liking certain characters, only for grown adult mutuals to get Very Weird about it. as much as it was BNFs, the fandom was and is Like That in a lot of places.

it especially makes no sense when they keep picking characters from joseimuke games like twisted wonderland and tokyo debunker. joseimuke games are deliberately full of gay subtext because they're aimed at women. they are not the canons to go to if you're looking for m/f because almost no one who plays from joseimuke canons/plays the canons themselves is interested in playing m/f for a good reason.

ehh, it depends on the joseimuke and the type of character you'd pick from it. i play from a whole bunch of those mobile games too and some of them i prefer doing m/f with than m/m.

that said, twst and tokyo debunker do focus more on each other's relationships so preferring m/m is understandable in this case

which joseimuke games do you play that even have any female characters at all? honest question, because the ones i play (enstars, twst, touken ranbu) all either have no or very few female characters in them so there aren't even any real options for m/f shipping and all of the close bonds that the characters have are with the other male characters.

"joseimuke" refers to any japanese media where women are the target audience. this includes everything from otome to actual yaoi. it's not a specific kind of videogame.

there's a3!, which features an mc who isn't a self-insert and thus her relationships with the other boys are just as well-rounded as the ones between themselves. and mhyk (promise of wizard) is a unique case where the mc can either be a boy and a girl and the guys there rizz you up all the time too, on top of certain female characters who continue to haunt the boys' narrative like tiletta. and im sure there are plenty more mobile games like that in the market too that aren't as popular as, say, enstars.

but yeah, anon above you is right. otome games fall under joseimuke but not all joseimuke are otome games, things like that.

yumi was on hiatus for two months solid, and has a consistent track record of poor activity. she dropped fitz before, only to reapp him in when it looked like the cast was blowing up.

it's also not weird or even stalking (lol hyperbolic much) in a capped cast, to notice shit activity. yumi and kit aren't the only people in the cast who are effectively squatting, but they're probably the worst.

no they don't, and the only people i've seen bitching about separating the mcus from the x-men are butthurt (x)mcus because their preferred shipmates can't app into the game.

dup's at cap for mcus and sitting as 12/15 for comics. there is no game that NEEDS more than 30 marvel characters, which is what would happen if the two live actions were separated.

the stupidest thing about this isn't stalking someone's ac. it's expecting the duplicity mods to give a shit. people have been using this game to squat and make it through ac by chaining multiple hiatuses/open posts/strikes for years. when i was last in the game there was someone in my cast who hadn't been fully active for six months but they were still somehow there

the mods are ok with it so you need to learn to suck it up and deal with it, op
