i just want to point out here that 'knowing better' has nothing to do with age and everything to do with personality. there are sixteen year olds that 'know better', but some people are just doormats or clueless to the motivations of others. the thing about murgy is that she doesn't actually have any malicious intent with anything she does. she's just one of those kind of clueless types that goes along with people without really making her own opinion about it. she doesn't do confrontation (from what i've seen) and she's not a negative/snarky/bitchy person. she's 'nice' in that way that people are when they can't stand up for themselves and have never wanted to and oblivious in that she doesn't see people doing bad things.

it doesn't take much of a brain to figure out what gen and kippur were doing was anything but nice.

they're also manipulative fucks and someone like murgy is an easy target for manipulators. look how she got sucked in by karra and her minions.

here's the thing if you and i were apart of this we'd be marched through here like we killed a puppy. and rightfully so. murgy gets a free bill for being nice and stupid? this bothers me because nice and stupid can only get you so far. is she on the same levels as gen and kippur? no. but she's still got to be accountable for what happened here no more than anyone else would be.

yeah, but you and i aren't nice and stupid. most people that get dragged up here are one or the other. like selwyn. not nice, but very stupid. most people that get brought up here do things with actual intent. murgy hasn't actually done anything. she's just been around it and hasn't distanced herself. why? because she's nice and stupid. the only thing she's accountable for is bad taste in friends, but we've all got that one friend (or, let's be real are the one friend)

then she needs someone who can smack some fucking sense into her head.

unfortunately that's difficult because you know the people you're warning her about will find out and unleash their crazy on you.

most nice and stupid people do. just like those types that fall for email scams or scams in general. there are a lot of people that are just that kind of clueless and guileless that are easy targets. sometimes they're actual targets, like in the case of conartists, but other times, it's just the bad luck of having an asshole fall in the same social circle as a dupe. and murgy is a dupe. so yeah, she keeps getting brought up here, not for shit she's done, but for the people she's around. at this point, it's just scrollworthy unless she herself actually winds up doing something like selwyn or kronk or w/e. being on the mod team and dropping as shit hits the fan doesn't make her part of the takeover attempt. she did what people like her do; got out when she got uncomfortable because conflict isn't in her nature. the worst you can say is that she doesn't have a spine. that's not wankworthy.

reading the pastebin here, i see one 'i'd like to help but i can't do it alone' in terms of keeping the game open and an 'agreed' to moving the conversation to the post. how this becomes 'part of the mastermind plot to steal the game' in your mind is beyond me.
