this person is far too fringe in the community already. a very good chance you have never played with them and never will. if you do by random chance end up playing with them, the thread will be boring enough to make you drop it immediately. so you'll be fine

if this is about who i think it is, this person can’t seem to respect boundaries. all the avoidance and narcissism they go on about is literally them being told no. they simply cannot handle rejection and have meltdowns when the people they’ve made uncomfortable don’t let them "fix" it.
