i only ever personally played with her wither ([personal profile] southernreaper) and he was almost breathtakingly ooc, she wrote his speech with with an excruciating southern accent the character never had in canon and played him up as a badass secret agent type when ic the character was an insecure teenage ball of self-loathing who turned evil because his gf rejected him and then got fridged

apparently being wildly ooc is a running pattern of hers if the jubilee deets are anything to go by

the mooncup link, if you parent up, has people talking about her being banned from two places for ship pushing, and that seems much more noteworthy, so i'm not sure why op focused on the mooncup part
