the truly stupid thing is as a game it's fine. nothing particularly special and it would probably chug along okay as a smaller smut game, but the way she's acting is tanking interest faster than a fart in a crowded elevator.

It would be fine as a sandbox for friends, but as a full game it's very bare-bones. I don't mean that in the sense that you have to be creative as a player, I mean there's almost nothing to go off.

The two gods imply some sort of dominant/submissive thing but it doesn't seem to have any affect on gameplay. The setting is some vaguely pleasant fantasy world where you can visit a beach, forest, or desert. There's a soulmate mechanic but your character can have as many as they want. Just from reading the info pages I have no idea what sorts of events will happen, if there's an ongoing metaplot, or if this world is even populated by anyone but player characters. Concepts like the vördr are brought up and never explained. Along with the drop page, a bunch of basic info is missing (death mechanics were only addressed yesterday, and the arrival scenario and hiatus mechanics haven't been outlined at all). It feels unfinished, and this is still significantly more information than there was on opening day.

Which, again, is all fine if it's just a casual musebox. As a game with a full app process hoping to attract strangers? Not a chance. I'm not sure why the mod can pour so much enthusiasm into making playlists and searching for potential players but they can't polish up the game itself. Parthas isn't the only game to do this, I've seen a few lately that run an interest check with a very rough unfinished concept and insist on opening the game a week later instead of taking the time to finish it.

honestly it's so small and casual if the mod would just stop pming total strangers and keep it to her friends/friends of etc. it wouldn't even be getting any attention here, it's pretty much a themed musebox.
