I don't speak this way to my coworkers, to my uni classmates, to my RL friends who are not RPers and don't spend time on this side of the internet, to my family. I have different ways of speaking depending on situation. It's fine to find certain words annoying and stuff, of course, because you can't necessarily help that reaction, but saying that RPers are "regressing" for speaking in a certain way in a certain context is a little weird ngl. We are all capable of being more than one type of person.
