and the people that don't shouldn't just be okay with adding randos that saw them in a mutual's plurk without a head's up. i don't have my plurk added on the game's taken list. i specify whenever i list it that i prefer for cr to add me only, not to just add because you're joining a game. i have 'give me a head's up' in my profile. i am being proactive. not my fault some people choose to ignore everything and just send an add, then get butthurt when i don't add them.
tbf that might increase the risk of someone making a call out post if wolfie doesn't deliver.
and when i do and people still add me? there are clumsy socially awkward people out there who just friend everyone they see. a way to not be a clumsy socially awkward person is to ask first.

calling it creepy is peak melodrama imo. that said it is a little weird to add someone out of the blue if you don't share a game with them. if it happened to me i'd probably go "who the fuck is this??" and ignore them

that a protagonist character i play is 999999999% good and pure, would never think of SINFUL~ things like sex/dicks/titties/jaywalking, and would never EVER do "violent" actions like playfully punch a friend in the shoulder or slam his fists on a table in frustration despite doing such things in canon.
that a character who has a canon het crush is actually 100% gay and secretly repulsed by the opposite sex.
that a character whose favorite thing/hobby is something broad like anime or books likes EVERY SINGLE ONE in EVERY SINGLE GENRE, as if they're not allowed to have actual preferences like "wow, twilight is a shitty fucking book series" or "i have no interest in yaoi because HELLO, I LOVE IDOLS!"

my dude, it is not clumsy or socially awkward to add people from a game you're in that you don't have cr with. the social norm in this hobby IS to add people when you share a game, even when you don't have cr yet, because that's how people plan a lot of cr. what is socially awkward is freaking out about it and calling it "creepy" like someone is hunting down your super secret kink tumblr or some shit and not just spotting a fellow player in a mutual's plurk.

i'm not the op. i don't think it's creepy. i just think that it would be more socially comfortable for someone to ask before adding. there's a sort of 'if you don't add me back, you're a dick' mentality that makes people who can't handle confrontation or who are socially awkward feel that they have to, otherwise (insert impending doom here).
just because 'a lot of people' are okay being socially extendable, doesn't mean that everyone is. it takes very little to just shoot a pp or ask in a mutual's plurk that you and your not yet plurk friend are taking over with your plotting to just go 'oh, hey, do you mind if i add you so we can stop taking over (x)'s plurk?' they can say no. if someone asks you, you can say no. i can say no. but there's a reason i don't list my plurk as a contact on my game's taken list, and when i make a cr meme post, i ask for a head's up first or for it to be cr only. because i'm an adult and i'm controlling what part of my life i can. just acknowledge that you can actually do something instead of shoving all the responsibility on to the 'other person'. that's rude.

She's either a delicate weeping flower who has always been completely selfless and never even partially at fault for anything that's gone wrong, or a heartless calculating serial abuser who thinks nothing of psychologically gutting everyone she comes in contact with and wouldn't particularly mind literal gutting either. No in between. But that's hardly unique to this character, what else is new.

yeah that's the worst, like it's embarrassing when it's just a dumb hyperbole thing but there are some situations where it just makes things worse because you came in just wanting to process, let folks know what's going on, maybe get advice from people who get it, but instead your rp friend can't slow their damn roll and just listen so you have to decide whether to tell them off or just bottle it up and you're regretting having even tried to talk about it.

if the layout makes the pages barely functional, yeah that's worthy of complaint. also the app is a joke and the ac point system is garbage. the "plot" is also pretty nonexistent and just sounds like a bunch of generic vaguery instead of anything substantial. these are valid things that people should consider if they really are looking to jump on this.

This is a character who lives by lies of omission up to being the one behind everything all along, knows a ton of secret information the main character shouldn't ever learn, and on top of that is the sort of person who is probably a-OK with the main character being pissed at him.
