anon, all of the npcs are original characters. it would be weird if they did not have distinct personalities and motivations that make them interesting to thread with. if the mods writing them were just dialling it in, they would be boring to interact with.

think by 'mod's blorbo' they mean that the mod seems unusually invested in the character and effectively treating them like an OC they can play without apping or meeting AC requirements.

these npcs are designed to allow the mods to act out the mods specific noncon kinks. they are just ocs that the mods didn't have to app.

if it were an optional surprise consequence i would raise an eyebrow and leave it at that, but this sure doesn't sound like it was optional.
and forced pregnancy is a major no-go for a ton of people.

no, that was not the plot twist. if you participated in one specific part of the orgy, aka your character fucked one very specific npc, then your character developed the ability to impregnate others with eggs during a narrow window of time the following month, which could be played for kink or horror depending on player preference. or you could choose not to have your character fuck anyone, and no one in your character's cr circle would end up carrying eggs. the orgy event included a specific warning that fucking that npc would result in noncon body horror the following month.

the mods are trying to balance providing adequate trigger warnings with not wanting to spoil upcoming plot details. they missed the mark here and acknowledged it, as far as i can tell.
