I was namedropped a looooong time ago and I think it was pretty justified during that time, because I really was a cold bitch and spoke badly about one player who I realized now didn't deserve the petty slander of a dumb college student. They're a sweetheart and I was just an insecure jerk. It was too petty to be wank, just bitch eating crackers level of gossip now.

I namedropped the person who did it right back because it was obvious it was either them or one of their friends, and they got dogpiled on much more than I did and my name never came up again after that. They're still the same kind of asshole until now so I feel justified.

anons at what point is a player in too many games with one specific character? does it matter how many are private vs public or the kind of ac requirements of the game? when is a character too popular to justify taking up multiple games with them? are there characters that are okay to do with this (besides ocs)? when does it cross the line of not okay and why? in your personal opinions. no wrong answers, tell me your thoughts.

ten-fifteen years ago, i'dve said five. this day and age, i say more than two games with the same character is highlandering. there's not enough games now to justify taking up more than two spots with the same char. if you want different experiences with cr, then psl. or go in memes. but pick two different game types to get your different strokes, then leave the other games for other people. (this is barring private small group games that no other version would have access to anyway)

i will never understand the level of hate 'yaoihounds' get around here. fandom's love for yaoi laid the groundwork for the lgbtqia+++ ally movement, and timeless artistic triumphs like loveless and gravitation led to widespread acceptance of queerness in mainstream entertainment. yaoi fans were pioneers of queer acceptance, and yet we still shit on them like they're the foaming-at-the-mouth paddle-wielding sasunaru fans they were fifteen years ago.
