i hope that the mods step back on the new minstrel and activity rules. being forced to tag new players and new cr in order to earn a plot coin is a terrible idea in such a small game. requiring "finished threads" might work if 90% of the players, including the mods themselves, weren't huge flakes who never finish anything.

making it so you can't use threads with castmates for plot coins feels like such petty insecure bullshit especially now you need a plot coin to app a second character. someone on the mod team is obviously one of those people who bitches about cliques and not getting cr without understanding that it's because their tags are bad.

it really feels like the game used to be fun and chill and it's become all about following rules and being told off by the mod team over nothing.

Am in the game and I think players are actually just using the activity page to keep a log of what they were up to that month. The mods aren't asking for that level of detail.

the activity page has a billion caveats about what actually counts as being active and engaged beyond the actual requirements listed which is stupid an unnecessary unless for the explicit purposes of constantly making people feel like their activity isn't good enough

I don't actually mind having to tag new CR. But adding in "completed threads only" on top of all the other requirements is very silly. If someone's always dropping their threads after turning them in for a coin that's a fair discussion to be had with that player, but now you have people turning in network threads with less than ten comments and getting a reward while a log thread with 50+ comments isn't eligible if the players are still tagging it.

all the energy you guys are pouring into dragging these new changes on wg could have been spent answering your existing tags and developing cr with new players and characters. then you’d all qualify for plot coins.

the mod team made it clear that they’re taking feedback about the new changes and will assess how things are going in a few months. calm down.

i am the 'nice try anon' above but i am not the 'we can track game drops' anon. i'm also not a mod. you could not pay me actual cash money to mod this game the way the rest of you guys are carrying on.

so far to my knowledge i've seen at least three different anons on here get accused of being tifa at different points in the argument. why is it so hard for you to grasp that maybe some players in the game just don't agree with you.
